Having “grown up” in integrated agencies, I naturally go deep into categories. I’ve been called a “deep thinker” as I love to continuously think about a brand’s challenges and how to address them with unique and connected approach. This case study was done proactively (AKA no one asked for it, I just did it) because a good idea should always be shared.

Slowing Growth

Given Leaf Home’s market dominance in leaf filters, new ventures would be required to continue driving growth for the core technology that achieved $1B dollars in sales.

The Aging Consumer

Leaf Home focus on the aging-in-place population would require new ventures to consider a consumer’s desire to live in their home for as long as possible.

Strategic Selling

Leaf Home’s salesforce would need a clear and cohesive storytelling for cross selling offerings. Innovations would require a bridge from one vertical to the next.
